La Roche has been compared to Flea and Les Claypool, and other renowned bass players known for being a musician that innovates the bass guitar. Alec La Roche has played at the Fillmore Great American Music Hall and has embarked on national tours since the age of 20 and has been a go-to hired bass player for bands of all different genres, from playing upright bass for bluegrass and rock to funk. La Roche stands as a luminary musician in the realm of funk and rock music. With a career distinguished by technical prowess and an unwavering commitment to musical innovation, La Roche has etched an indelible mark on the music landscape. La Roche is in the process of their second EP broadcasting their slap bass capabilities and is beginning to book shows of their funk band, Kazzimir Salvo or with their jazz band The DL with a tour in the works for this upcoming summer.
